Frank was amazing! He tried all he could do and couldn't unclog with snake and didn't charge me. He came back the next morning and brought another plumber to assist water jetting and had to crawl under my old house to find the clean out. In old houses they put there not thinking of maintenance. I would definitely call them back.

This company is great. Do not hesitate to call and have your service done. They are prompt, pricing is exceptionally reasonable, very courteous and they get the job done in a very timely manner. My warranty company failed to cover a clogged drain due to a technicality written into the contract that makes no sense. So Aloha to the rescue, and Goodbye warranty company.

Frank showed up for a possible clogged sewer line which had backed up into 3 bathtubs. He opened the outside clean out and about that time the clog cleared itself out. He could have ran a snake and charged us, but he said no charge. That's a real honest company and employee. We will call him again in the future.
